“SaBai on Jefferson is a family-owned and operated restaurant in beautiful downtown Pensacola, serving Thai food with flavors rooted in the Esaan region of Northeastern Thailand. Wok-fired noodles, Thai curries, tangy soups, fried rice and salads are all on the menu, along with regional specialties.

Our food reflects the flavors and traditions I grew up with in Thailand, while our dining room reflects what I want SaBai to be: warm, welcoming and relaxed. Our mission is simple—to share great Thai food, genuine hospitality and a little taste of Esaan with Pensacola.”
